but im happy overall...
(the pipe i had to cutt and extend a bit )

i will never buy that intercooler....i helped my god brother put that same intercooler setup on his fc and it was horrible...we had to cut some stuff and like you said we had to drill the holes out bigger even inside the compression tube we had to cut some stuff cause the design of it would block some of the airflow.....i will not recommend that intercooler setup to anyone

Could you elaborate on your story though, I'm curious what kind of work you had to do now, and what exactly the problem was?

ok well i had to cutt a hole on the passanger side under the head light bracket... ( hole there already) just make it bigger.....then mount the inter cooler..... then cutt the hole on the passanger side.. ( remove the headlight washer jug) make the hole bigger thats already there... easy.... uhhh the pipe that connects to the compression tube fits like **** .. u have to loosen off the nuts that are the hard lines on p.s and move them a bit ....as well as move around all the brackets ( bracket for fuse pannel ) move fuse pannel too... uhhh remove the engine hoist bracket... wont fit with c/tube and sensor... and then the hood has pressure on it from the cennection of the first and second pipe on the t.b side.. but still closes fine ...
all in all its alright...
oh and alot of bumper cuttin...

The original kit made by Greddy was designed for Jspec cars and the brake booster is on the other side. Thats why it fits the way it does on left hand drive cars. In the Greddy instructions you have to move the fuse box and leading coil and it comes with the necessary brackets. It also shows where you have to extend/cut holes. Cutting the bumper to fit the kit is normal for alot of cars that don't come with front mounts stock.
Look up Greddy Vspec for pics of other people's install of that front mount. For the price you paid is a steal compared to the Greddy price of over $1,000.
BOV?

FD pump supports over 300 whp, but stock injectors.....especially ones that haven't been clean/tested, wouldn't trust em for too long.
Then again I've got a puerto rican buddy that just threw a walbro 255 and a boost controller on his TII w/ 3in exhaust and runs around @ 10 psi all day....but perhaps he's the exception not the rule; Puerto Ricans can carve apex seals from coconuts and run 10's....carburated.

i too have the same kit. being rhd, didnt have to worry about the master cyl. p/s pump is another matter though. mine rubs quite a bit, transmits a bit of a whine through the car. egr solanoid was a pain too!
