Looks awesome, sounds like you have plenty of exciting projects going on
Can you humor me with some transmission ideas? I want to mount a 20B back far as possible as well. Do you plan on using the PPF but just shortened? I found out that a B2600 transmission is an R series but with a close ratio setup, it also has the shifter about 6" forward of an FD trans. I think it fits into the lego category but I doubt you could use a PPF frame with the rear section of it... I also have a S4 or 5 series trans that has the external shift control rod, not sure what the heck the best setup is...

Wow, indeed I have been looking around now and can say I'm quite jealous of the price you grabbed the 3 rotor for.
I hope your desire to make the car run comes back, can't wait to see this car done!

Another idea is do what the v8 kits make you do is basically connect the diff to the transmission mount by a bar. Really no difference either way.
Another reason why I like the fd trans over the t2 is the shifter on the fd's have a double spring for shifter center. The t2's only have a spring for reverse. I just think the fd's have a more solid feel to the shifter.
My mind is still not made up on what i want to do exactly.
Oh and keep in mind that you have to massage the firewall with a hammer.......... It makes me sad and but nobody will see it and a v-mount setup will look sexy I hope
There is always the t56 route.
Thanks.

Well its been some time. I took a much needed break from the automotive scene. Now back with lots of ambition.
I found a buyer for the 4 rotor as I will buy a 13b based in the future from green brothers.
Well now the project begine yet again. Im still waiting on my trans adaptor for the shifter relocation to get finished so I can mount the 20b in its place and finish the subframe. In the mean time I am tearing out all the wiring and getting rid of what I dont need off the chassis harnesses.
