Unique or uncommon part? Possibly oem?

Hello all, it's been a while but I was just moving and came across some old 1st gen parts I had stashed in the garage. I was wondering if any of you have seen this part before. The fit and finish of it is perfect and it has the period correct "Mazda Rx-7" logo on there.

Beyond fitting perfect it also has nicely hemmed holes for the turn signals, lisence plate to stick through, and the head light lids have Velcro surrounding them to hold the flaps down when the headlights are closed. It's the nicest looking bra/front end protector I've seen.

Do any of the gurus have any info?

Right on, thanks for the info, I've never seen another. So it is oem. Maybe I'll tuck it back in the garage for 10 more years.

Everything that was once cool will be again. So when disco gets popular again I'll throw this thing up on eBay. Keep an eye out.

I used to run a bra similar to that but higher quality from Wolf. I got tired of the flaps flying open
at high speeds, just when its the worst time to happen. Also shaffed the paint a bit. I don't
have a pic of it anymore.

Then I switched to the cheapie bra with the individual headlight covers. Heres what it looked like:

Then I plastidipped a bra on a few years ago and thats working out much better. I do the bra because I have a lot of blemishes on the nose from rocks and such so it just looks better to
hide it for now.

Nothing says the 80s like a bra does. The one you have is not a high quality
example like the wolf bra it copied. Still its worth keeping if it has the white rx7
logo across it.

I still have both bras in case a broh needs one. LOL
