Timing RX7 again!

Sorry all..
Ive been looking in the archives for info on setting the timing on my 12a..

Cant find it!!
Does anyone know off hand, or can find the info for me?

Are both the leading and trailing notches in the pully gotta line up with the pin on the front cover? thats all i really gotta know, do i gotta remove my vacuum advance??

Timing

Yup. disconnect the vacuum lines and plug the hoses.
Right notch is leading left notch is trailing.
