Strut/shock balance

Recently installed RB springs and KYB. As I expected would like better/firm feel in the rear. Would just replacing rear with shocks with Koni STR(mustang fit works according to this forum) or Tokico blues (they are slightly more available now) cause a handling imbalance?

Just a heads up, I installed a second set of the STR.T on one of my 7's and had to grind the metal inside of the bottom bushing just a slight bit to get it to fit. I am not sure if they were inconsistent or it was related to what rear end is on each car. Either way they feel great on both vehicles! Now I need to upgrade front struts to see if I can feel anything there.

However this was really easy. I just used a dremel with a sanding belt.

Have you considered upgrading to the RB swaybars? That definitely plants the front and rear in corners. Although many complain of suspension binding and snap oversteer with the rear bar. I haven't had that issue yet...disclaimer though, I've already got Tokico Blues front and rear.

I plan to try only front sway bars in the future. I have heard great things about the Koni STR.T, plus they are Mustangs - so future supply should be better than Tokico blues. Don't get me wrong, I like blues; had them on another FB years ago. The KYBs in the front seem to function pretty well, the KYBs in rear just need more dampening.

May try rear sway bar in the distance future; but afraid if I lose the rear end in a corner it will be at a speed that I could not recovery the car. I can feel rear getting light sometimes which is to me is like the car warning me that I am approaching the limit.

I have plenty of nice driving roads near me for a car such as this. This thing really sticks... I can see track days and maybe autocrosses in the future. Don't worry I do not drive like a hoonigan, but enjoy spirited driving on country back roads.
