rad hose question
im planning to install my fc's koyo in my fb since i no longer have my fc and i can reuse the koyo in the fb as ive read tons of threads about it. im swapping rads since i already have the koyo and the car needs a new radiator anyway.
my main question is what upper and lower hoses do i use or could i get some silicone hoses by the foot to custom route it so to speak. my other question is where can i buy silicone hose by the foot? thanks a ton guys for any help
i was also thinking of using this hose https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/mor...jnid=75&jpid=4 but im unsure about it

You can get silicone hose from Pegasus Auto Racing.

HOWEVER Not all silicone hose is meant for coolant use and can handle the pressure, heating and cooling cycle, or the chemicals used in coolant. Make sure you get hoses meant for coolant, not just for air intake couplings.
When I went to my custom radiator, I used the universal stainless steel coolant hoses from Summit Racing:

They have worked fine for 2 years now, although last year I had my upper hose pop off right as I was parking it for the winter. I think I didn't have the end on all the way, so I am chalking it up to user error. This year I have had zero issues (knock on wood).
