Loud squeling noise

I just bought an 83 Rx7. I noticed whenever then engine hits 4500 rpm i hear a loud squeling noise. Doesnt matter what gear i am in or what speed i am going. Does anyone have any idea what this could be.

you dont NEED the dual pulley setup, although its nice, just replace em all, or spray some belt dressing on them to soften them up again...
