Finally got my recently purchased 85 GS up in the air to review under side rust concerns. The all suspension points are solid, so in goes the new suspension. Need to replace the rear sway bar links, pretty minor. Had cleared out some of the carpet and rear compartments to make install easier, and to see how bad tin worm was. They is rust in rear fender well as expected from pre-purchase pics, that is next item to attend to. So hoping within the week to have suspension, wheels, and tires done.
