Carburetor question and issues Please help

I have been having problems with 1984 rx7 gsl with the Nikki 4 barrel carb I went through diagnosing the car and replaced coil, coil wires, plugs, fuel pump, distributer, cap and rotor, fuel filter fuel lines(where damaged) the carberator is definitely getting fuel but doing nothing with it my friend showed me that in the 4 barrel part in the carb where the fuel is supposed to kind of spray out it doesn't it kind of just dribbles out it's not getting any fuel to mix with the air so how do I go about fixing that or what is wrong? Someone help

If it is not running on all 4 barrels, what I did, among checking other things first, is adjust the accelerator pump...seemed it wasn't getting enough fuel to get enough vacuum to suck through the 2 larger barrels, to run on all 4... IDK, I may not have done it correctly...but it was burning rubber & going through the Rev's like crazy...after I made that adjustment...
