Why is there a tee to two vacuum ports on the AC solenoid

Did you remove your a/c or are you keeping it? If you dont have it any more just cap anything related to the a/c, if you are keeping it follow the tutorial

One nipple goes to the source of vac (carb base plate), and the other(out the top) is the supply to the throttle opener.

Maybe I've misunderstood the question.
There are 2 ports on the AC solenoid, one is connected to the vac source, and the other is connected to the throttle opener.
There should not be a tee with 2 of the lines going to the solenoid.
From the vac source you might have a tee, if you have AC and cruise control, with one line going to the AC solenoid, and the other going to the cruise control.
If you are not keeping AC, or cruise, just cap it at the carb, as Jesse has stated.

I got it
I missed going to the cruise control part and put it back on the carb
