It looks like there are at least a couple of you interested, so I went ahead and ordered some more wood to make a couple of extra sets. I'll post up some pictures when they're done and then you can look for them in the for sale section. Should be about a week before they're done.

Maybe a set of four like this? I would leave the checkerboard out of the back though, because it would make things difficult to read. Or else I would make the squares bigger. Or if that doesn't work I can find some other way of dressing it up to make it more visually appealing...

I'll see what I can do Ray. 
I've been busy the last couple of days with another un-named rotary project that I'm keeping under wraps at the moment. It should be ready for an unveiling before too long though. It's turning out pretty good.
I'm gonna work on the coasters again tomorrow after work, so I'll make an OGTA coaster and post up a picture of it. Should take me about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. If it turns out good I'll make three more for ya. BTW, thanks for the good line art drawing of the FB. I have been looking for one and couldn't find it!
Another small update, here are the two original coasters with a maple stain on them. I just put it on tonight and they are down in the basement drying as I type this. The only thing left is to polyurethane them, and attach some felt to the bottom. Then they should be finished up!

Okay guys, I need some input because I can't make up my mind. I have too much love for the FB and I can't choose between these four designs. Which one do you guys like the best? I'm sorta partial to number 4. This is going to be the third of four coasters for my set....

Ok guys, with the permission of the forum owners, and Rx7Doctor I am going to begin selling sets of these "rotary themed" coasters and other wood burnt items in this thread. A few notes...
- I can only make this stuff at a certain rate, since I am making them by hand. It is a hobby of mine and as such it usually takes me about a week to make a set of four.
- I will post the coasters up in sets, as I finish them. I will list the shipped price for each set. They will probably be about $30-40 depending on size and intricacy. If you are interested in purchasing you can pay me by Paypal.
- I'm not taking preorders or money for anything ahead of time. I think that taking preorders just leads to me getting frustrated when I can't keep up, and you getting frustrated if you are way down on the list, and I'm not moving fast enough. So these will be on a first come first serve basis.
If anyone has any questions feel free to PM me. Expect to see two finished sets of coasters in the next several days. A set of 4" and 5". I'm close to finishing a couple.

Just checking in with everyone who might be interested. I'm going to do an update tonight with some pictures of where I'm at with everything. I'm finally getting practiced up again, so I've been getting a little faster. But its still a tedious process if you want a quality result at the end. Some time this week I should have 3 sets finished. I'll put pictures and prices of the finished versions up when that happens...

Update time! These are the first three sets that will be for sale later this week. I still have to put a couple of finishing touches on them. They are all woodburned and stained though.
Here is the first set I made. It features an FB, FC, FD, and Rx-7 logo with the rotor. This is a "Large Set" which means each coaster is about 5"x5". The top usable area is 4"x4". These are great for just about anything. Especially large mugs, big gulps, coffee cups, or anything else.
Here is a "Small Set" that I put together, which means that the base is 4"x4" and the top usable area is about 3"x3". This is the PERFECT size for any canned beverages. They feature some of the shapes and patterns that only a true rotorhead can recognize. The set consists of a rotor housing, the combustion cycle, a rotor, and the mazda logo with rotor shape.
Here is the third set (the four big coasters in the picture below). This one is also a "Large Set" meaning they are 5"x5". I fell in love with this design so I decided to make a set of four. I really like the simplicity of this design, and the artistic layout of the rotor and Mazda logo. This is probably my favorite of all three sets...
Prices and payment details will be posted later this week when they are all 100% completed. I am selling these on a first come first serve basis. The first person to PM me will get dibs on them. If I don't get some form of payment/promise from you within 48 hours they will go back up for sale to the next interested party.

Ok everyone, they are finally done! Here are pictures of each set and prices. I expect the shipping to be about $5, but it could vary slightly depending upon your location. Please remember that it takes me about 8-10 hours to make a set of these coasters. You are getting these for less than minimum wage if I actually figured up the price per hour. The first person to PM me or post in this thread gets the set the are interested in. If someone beats you to it, then you'll just have to wait until I make another batch. Paypal is preferred. I will send my information to interested parties when they have expressed an interest to purchase. Here we go!
