New to the boards, this is my 83 GSL.
Can anyone tell me what color it is? It just says brown on the reg, but it looks gold to me? (ignore the darker color, the previous owner had issues matching the paint)
First 2 photos courtesy of a good friend (his is the other fb in the 2nd pic)
The night I got him home (ex-roommate's 10ae in the background )

Yes you're right...
I retired the '81 RX7 several years ago at 280,000 miles.
The '76 RX4 5speed was stolen in '88 with 288.000 on it. When the Cosmos came out we were all disappointed waiting for a 240Z killer. When it didn't happen I decided on another RX4.
At the time the RX4s were sitting on the docks, a year old supply. I called my old dealer in Tampa (where I bought my first RX3 in '73) to see if he had a Jakyl brown one. "Sure" So I flew down and drove it back to Ohio...really, really cool drive.
These are my 2 first gens:

Both for sale due to new acquisitions...

I'll be boilding another '76 one day...unfinished bidness.
