Thanks, still needs a little bit of work. Seats need to be reupholstered and the paint needs lots of touch up and polishing, need to replace all the coolant and oil hoses.

Silver cars are almost always black inside. Some had the white plaid seats and I think I remember a wine colored silver car.
Yellow cars could be had with either black interiors or a 2 tone beige / brown. Some Spark cars had Keyhole rims, but not all. And almost all Spark cars did not have a sunroof for some reason. I think I've saw maybe 2 yellow cars w/sunroofs.
Daytona Blue (possibly the rarest 1st year color) and Sunrise Red, these two colors seem to come exclusively with black interiors. I have come across one Daytona car with the white plaid seats. It looked surprisingly (to me) good I thought.
At some point in this 1st year, velour was introduced and it pretty much replaced the plaid as the upscale interior color choice. At least for the North American market. Red dot seats were the standard seat for the S model and were also found in some GS cars.
By 1980, velour was much more common across the board and the leather in the LS's and Cloth in the 10th A/E became the special interiors available in those models only.

Tartan plaid, you mean the red plaid like your car has? Plaid seats were normally confined to early white, silver and bronze exterior colored GS cars. White cars had either wine or black interiors, some black interiors came with the white plaid seats. I agree, that the 2 tone combo here is normally exclusive to the Sonic Bronze exterior body color. I do not remember ever seeing a white car with this interior combo.

2016 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Downtown Car Show
Photo at PPG Plaza, Downtown Pittsburgh. Still can't figure out how to upload a photo that shows up in the thread without having to click a thumbnail.

Thanks. I saw one of the other cars reflected in the angled glass, moved around until I could see mine and took the shot. I processed it in Photoshop to make it stand out from the other cars in the reflection. If only I was good enough to make the guys at the bottom disappear so it was just cars.

My 1985 Limited in V3 Tender Blue and grey interior:
I've had it for 17 years now. Has a series 5 13B turbo block, currently running N/A with heavily modified 12A nikki carb. Undergoing a major resto-mod at the moment, restoring exterior and interior to factory specs, but some major mechanical mods (s5 turbo subframe with rack and pinion steering, electric power steering pump, FD brakes, hybrid s5 turbo, v-mount intercooler, straight LPG induction). Full details of the build are in my log (see signature).

When you upload a picture to RX7Club.com, it should give you a URL that you can paste in there.
For example, for your first pic, it's :https://www.rx7club.com/attachments/...dsc2530_sm.jpg

Thanks, I've got it figured out now (at least until the next time I try to do it. lol) I was having trouble finding a url for the photo I uploaded. I am curious about your car's front end. Is that a bra or is it painted to look like a bra? When I bought mine in '84 I bought a bra to protect the front end. However, I found that the clips that held the bra in place would rub on the paint so I stopped using it and eventually got rid of it.
